Shipping & Returns
LunaFlo London Jewellery ships globally, with the exception of South America and Russia at the moment.
Orders are generally shipped within 5 working days if the items are in
stock. Pieces made to order are shipped within 2-3 weeks. You will
receive a tracking number (if applicable) as soon as your package
Deliveries within the UK can be expected to arrive in 10 working days.
International deliveries can be expected to arrive within 10-25 days.
All international purchases will be dispatched by our worldwide
shipping partners. LunaFlo London does not ship on weekends or UK
Duties & Taxes
All EU and International orders will require the customer to pay
customs charges upon the arrival of the shipment in your country.
We are unable to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your package
will incur as these charges are imposed directly by local customs.
Returns, Exchanges and Refunds Policy
LunaFlo London Jewellery hope you are fully satisfied with your
purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase or
the item is faulty, please see our returns policy below regarding the
return, exchange or refund of your item.
If you would like to return an item we are happy to discuss an
exchange up to 14 days from receipt of your order provided the item*
is unworn, in perfect condition and in the original packaging.
*This does not apply to earrings.
We do not offer refunds on returns. If the item has been damaged or
there was a mistake by us we can discuss the repair or exchange of the item.
We are not able to refund shipping costs and we
will only cover a damaged item up to a month after delivery. All items
go through rigorous quality checks before shipping to our clients. We
do cover repairs up to a month after receipt of your order but
following this period we will charge the full cost of the repair.
Repairs can take up to six weeks but we will endeavour to repair
damaged items earlier if at all possible.
FAULTY GOODS RETURNS
You are entitled to a full refund on any faulty goods within 30 days
of purchase. If you return a faulty item after this date and within a
reasonable time frame you will be entitled to exchange on your item.
RETURNS SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs of sending any product back to us falls with the
customer. Please package your product securely in its original
packaging or other appropriate packaging which will protect it. We
advise to send your parcel with a tracked and insured service for your
own protection, as we cannot take responsibility for any items lost,
damaged or stolen in transit. Please email us at
firstname.lastname@example.org before posting any item back to us so we can
process your request. Quote your name and address, details of product
and reason for return. We will then advise on how to proceed. We are
unable to accept returns that have not been agreed prior to shipping.
We regret that in compliance with the current UK Health and Hygiene
regulations, we cannot accept the return of pierced items such as
earrings or piercings. This does not affect your statutory rights.
