Refund policy

We do not offer refunds on returns. In the case of a repair or if a jewellery
item has been damaged, we are not able to refund shipping costs and we
will only cover a damaged item up to a month after delivery. All items
go through rigorous quality checks before shipping to our clients. We
do cover repairs up to a month after receipt of your order but
following this period we will charge the full cost of the repair.
Repairs can take up to six weeks but we will endeavour to repair
damaged items earlier if at all possible.
